아이패드(ipad)와 흡사한 짝퉁 제품이 중국에서 등장했습니다. 제품명도 아이페드(Iped)로 불립니다.

어제 아이폰 짝퉁 하이폰을 소개한적이 있는데, 이번에는 아이패드 짝퉁 아이페드 iped 가 나왔습니다.

안드로이드 기반 아이페드를 판매한다고 합니다.

구글 안드로이드 플랫폼을 기반으로 설계됐으며 인텔 칩을 사용하고. 아이패드 1/5 수준인 105달러 수준이라고 합니다.

64기가 까지 용량을 제공하는 아이패드와는 달리 16GB SSD 저장공간만을 제공한다는 것입니다.

여기에 메모리는 128메가만을 지원해 충분한 성능기대는 전혀 하지 못하는 수준입니다.

As Apple making history in some parts of the globe by the soaring sales of its newest iPad, here comes a rival from China, the iPed made for the consumers who just had enough budget for the iPad replica. The iPed that has just been released in Shenzhen, China last May 28, is a cheaper tablet computer cost only at $150, much cheaper than iPad’s lowest asking price of $500.

Even though it appears quite identical at first glimpse, the iPed is relatively different from the iPad. The iPed is much heavier compared to Apple’s 1.5-1.6 pound tablet and runs on version 1.5 of the Android OS, a close competitor of Apple’s operating system.

Though inexpensive and fairly alike to the iPad, the iPed supports far weaker hardware with some kind of mobile Intel processor and has 128 MB of RAM and 16 GB of storage space. The rival table also has a screen resolution of only 800 by 480 pixels, lower compared to the iPad’s 1024 by 768-pixel screen. The iPed has only a seven-inch screen a bit bigger than iPad’s 9.7-inch display.

Well, if you’re low on budget and can’t afford to buy an iPad, then just buy an iPed instead.
